    Hotel closed for renovation

    The hotel was closed for renovation. No prior information of closure until we showed up at the lobby. We were requested to put up in their sister hotel. 10mins walk from where we want to be. Review is solely for this hotel that was closed despite accepting a booking.

    The staff at the property were very professional and helpful. When we trouble turning on the tv they sent someone to the room promptly. Tam (front desk manager) gave us a discount on our room as we had some issues with the air conditioning. The location is great and we could walk to many tourist attractions easily.
