the hotel room is big and clean. location is great. it is closed to everything...shopping, restaurants.
Beautiful heritage hotel in Saigon which reminds us of Raffles Hotel in Singapore. Excellent location and nice view of Saigon River from the rooftop dining area too.
Hotel is nice. But my 3rd time , was at the hotel old wing, insufficient of electric point.

enjoyed our stay very much from the time we checked in to the time we checked out the staff were excellent and always helpfull. Ben Than markets were only a short stroll away, as was an excellent street food market and good bars.
Not so good. I am not returning to stay at this hotel anymore.
It was a budget hotel and so we knew that the facility would be average. The hotel is old and worn but the staff were lovely.
Lovely hotel located in district 3 which is outside of the main city area of district 1 but still in walking distance to several other attractions like the Norte Dame Cathedral and central post office. Found the rooms to be on the smaller side, but still nice. Enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar area ...
Expedia advertised as having smoking rooms at the higher priced options - i chose the more expensive room for that reason, but upon checking in - was told it a non-smoking hotel. They were nice enough to place me just 1 floor below the smoking area at the roof top.
located in a good area, not to far from downtown. Large apartment with two bedrooms and bath. Enjoyed our stay here.
Stayed for 4 nights in this great little hotel that was close to the city. Full of action nearby & within walking distance of most city sights.
HOTEL WAS REALLY OLD, NOTHING COMPARED TO ANY OF THE PICTURES THAT THE HOTEL POSTED, MIGHT BE THEY USED REALLY OLD PICTURES BACK IN THE REALLY OLD DATES THAT THEY JUST GRAND OPENNING, STAFF WAS FRIENDLY, BUT HOTEL CONDITIONS WAS BAD AND SMELL
This was my first stay at the Oscar Saigon in about 15 years. The hotel is older but the rooms are attractive, clean and functional. The elevator wait can be a few minutes at certain times of day. The location is perfect for vacationers and a variety of excellent restaurants are within a few minutes ...
Overall the hotel is very good value. I would rate it a 7.5. If they improved on the very ordinary breakfast, I would give it an 8.0. I couldn't even get a cup of hot black tea!
Hotel was in a good location, rooms were great and range of good spa options. However the thing that really made the stay was the incredibly helpful and lovely staff. I cannot say enough good things about all the staff at the Silverland Sil. Would definitely stay here or one of their other hotels ...
It’s located in the center of Dong Koi Street so very convenient location.
