it was kind of funny - i booked a hotel room and requested high floor and nice view. but they gave me room with city view and as there was a busy street below i had the feeling that cars were driving directly into my room. so i asked for harbour view and concierge said:'certainly, madam, but this will cost so much (more). then i left for harbour view room and i think that i wanted full view. and concierge said again: 'certainly ma'am, but this will cost so much (more). so i took one of the best rooms and it was worth money. tasmania is amazing - i hope to visit again.

Hotel staff quick to respond to our needs. Helpful in giving directions to places. Spacious room and wonderful sea view. location very convenient and accessible, close to the city, tourist center, and high standard seafood eateries.
