Hotel ok, adequate and functional and 10 min walk from Central areas, so location good. No replenishing of tea / milk some days in room. Unimpressive entrance. Constantly busy lobby & lifts, expect a wait. Ridiculous drink prices in rooftop bar! - 3 spirits with mixers, 1 small white wine, 1 small beer = $83!! At bar not served to table. Not sure if these are the official prices or we were ripped off by barman? They quoted a figure off top of their head and we paid cash.

At first everyone was so nice. I needed to stay longer because of a job I was doing. The service changed after that. The managers were disrespectful and unwelcoming. I felt very uncomfortable. I will never stay there again.

I believe someone tried to rob me in my room the morning of the day I was checking out. Fortunately, I did not open the door. I reported the incident with details to the hotel manager. It was quite upsetting.
