Hoi An Residences

Very Elegant

Staff was top notch some of the most caring people.

We loved everything about this quaint hotel, especially the staff. We enjoyed taking the hotel bicycles on rides along the river and into and around Old Town. The river views were gorgeous!

If you want the true experience of Hoi An, this is the place! Uniquely and intentionally built just 2 years ago with no fancy chandeliers, or marble floors, but a minimalists’ dream! In the middle of the rice fields with geese and water buffaloes and no TV’s! Peaceful, except at night, you can hear some bass from music/karaoke from the city. I hope it stays this way and they don’t build on all the fields. Not overly crowded with guests flocking the breakfast buffet. Thoughtful and private indoor...

저는 The Saga Hotel Hoi An에서 숙박하면서 저의 경험에 매우 만족했습니다.

Thanks

Truly the best and coziest hotel, really recommend, had every facility you can ask for! Spa was great, staff was great, very nice breakfast, very clean and big rooms!

This is a wonderful newer built hotel. It is modern with all the amenities a western traveler would expect from a 4+ star western hotel. Although it is modern hotel it is well appointed with a local feel. Great breakfast and high tea with lots of yummy food options. They even have a juice machine available for breakfast where you can prepare juice from a large selection of local fruits and vegetables...great amenity. The owner operates a few restaurants and a cooking school in the area and the...

Staff was great! Lisa and Tony were wonderful; especially Tony with the best patience and customer care professionalism. With that being said, the villa was a bit outdated and yet well maintained. Peaceful and beautiful location, but it’s pretty far from shopping or convenient stores. What we liked the most was the beautiful beach, with only a short walk from our villa. The pool by the beach was nice n’ clean; but the only drawback was that there were no towels at the pool area for our...

This was my.fsvorite hotel stay my entire trip in Vietnam! The location is convenient to walk to old town. The staff were incredible and attentive to your every need. Hotel rooms were pristine clean and a good size. The rooftop pool was an amazing place to watch the sunrise and set. 10/10 recommend staying here if visiting Hoi An or DaNang!

Nice amenities and very helpful staffs

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! This gem of a hotel was in the perfect location, had beautiful and pristine clean rooms and had all the amenities. Breakfast was wonderful and staff was exceptional. Lee at the front desk went out of her way to help arrange our activities and even let me borrow a nice sun hat because I didn’t have one. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, it perfect for couples and also families (we were a family of 5). I’ll surely be back here again!

Absolutely beautiful stay. The staff were great, hotel was incredibly clean and lots of amenities. The breakfast was wonderful too. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. Thank you for accommodating us.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean and spacious and had a nice balcony for sitting. The bed was comfortable, the pool was refreshing, breakfast was good, and the location was good as well. It was easy and enjoyable walking through the old city and they have bikes you can use for free to go to the beach. I can highly recommend this hotel.
