Choosing The Ocean Suites was a really good decision. Quiet and clean facility. Friendly staff and housekeeper. If I visit Da Nang again I would choose Ocean Suites again.

The Ocean Villas resort is a great private resort right on the sea front. It is quite a distance from the heart of Da Nang but not that long (or expensive) in a taxi. It was also not that far from Hoi An. Jenny, our butler, was absolutely fantastic. The in villa chef cooked breakfast was amazing both times we had this and when we needed anything from Jenny she was on hand to assist. Including arranging a driver for us to do the touristy stuff, who stayed with us all day. The only negatives is that there is literally nothing in walking distance. No coffee shows, marts or restaurants (besides the resort restaurants) so everything was a cab ride away.

I stayed at Ocean Villas many times and Lisa service is the best. I am gratefull for the kindness of manager Lisa and all the staff. Thanks to them, my family were so satisfied. Even though I checked in quite late, they were very considerate, and the chefs came to the accommodation every morning and prepared breakfast for me, which was very comfortable and nice. Highly recommended as a family travel accommodation.^^

The villa whete we stayed looks gorgeous from the outside but the inside was not very clean -- it was not well maintained. There was no front desk or reception as we expected, but instead, a member of the staff for this property was assigned to us. Check-in/check-out was at the villa and any communication afterwards would be done via a social media app (group chat) because I didn’t have a local phone number. Response time was quick in my case and the assigned staff was courteous. If you expect services like at a hotel/resort then this Ocean Suites might not be for you.

Staff and facility was great, but cleaning wasn’t

Overall it was good. I stayed in E11. Service from the staffs was the best and they were very reactive and supportive. The facility is a little bit old but has everything needed. Towel supply was not enough (1/person a day). Cleaning staffs seem to be focused on cleaning the 1st floor. 1st floor was very clean. Bathtubs on the 2nd floor was, I would say, dirty. Wooden floor on the 2nd floor was not satisfactory because it needs to be cleaned by ourselves right after check-in. I might expect too much, but these were what I thought about the experience in here.

It was a pleasant and comfortable trip. I was able to get assistance from the managers (Jenny and Lisa) when needed. The accommodations seemed old, but were well-maintained. The breakfast was excellent, and the manager was friendly. It's a bit far from the city center, but it's well worth the trip.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff's hospitality was excellent, and I'd especially like to thank Vince and Lisa. Their kind and helpful service made our stay incredibly comfortable. The room was clean, and the location was perfect for going to the sea. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back. Thank you!

予約してからすぐにスタッフの方から直接連絡があり、出発前の質問など素早く親切に対応していただいた。 基本LINEでのやり取りで、出発前から滞在中まで何かあれば相談できるのが良かったです。 朝食はシェフがヴィラに来て作ってくれるスタイル。ホテルステイとは違う感じでとても良かったです。 立地は繁華街から離れているので、とても静かでのんびり出来ますが、夕食に出ないといけないので、ホテル周りにスーパーやコンビニ、レストランなどがもっとあれば良かったなと。 もちろんGrab等でタクシー呼べますが、フラッと行けるところが欲しかった。 でも、トータルで考えても大満足でした。

두번째 숙박

주변 인금 리조트랑 비교해서 조식 포함 합리적인 가격으로 넓은 공간을 이용 가능합니다. 수영장도 괜찮고 바닷가로 걸어나갈 수 있습니다. 또한 위치가 호이안과 시내의 중간정도 전략적 요충지에 위치해있습니다. 다낭 처음 여행이라면 추천드립니다. 그리고 숙박기간 내내 도움을 준 TONY와 LISA 덕분에 좋은 경험을 하고 갑니다. 늦은시간까지 친절하게 도움을 받아서 미안하면서도 감사했어요. 다음에도 또 올게요. (It was great experience especially thanks to TONY & LISA)

Nice place which is very big and clean. Especially thanks for Lisa and Tony’s assistance during or even before our stay. They helped to arrange early check in, last check out and airport pick up, also recommended and help us to book some really nice restaurants.
