I, unfortunately, suffered what might euphemistically be called a medical incident shortly after arrival. Some of the staff were with me at the time and Alysha immediately called for an ambulance. "An excellent hideaway place as advertised, also has a cottage for hire or glamping with a local well stocked shop. Ideal location for all the beaches and attractions. The morning breakfast was superb, a mix of cereals, fruit, continental style, as well as the full welsh cooked. The room was everyone you could as for, cosy, relaxing with a lovely en-suite. I would highly recommend this hotel, though I do want to revisit, so ignore this report. Seriously a wonderful stay, and will be back. "

"Really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Ashgrove Farm. Julie was fantastic, very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and Snoopy was a sweetheart. Julie's son was very friendly and took time out of his busy day to have a chat. The accommodation was very cosy and had everything needed to be a home away from home. We walked our dog to the castle, just down the road, and had a good look around, it was a pity that it was locked on our last morning. There is also a small enclosed community green area with picnic tables. The location is really good with a short drive to the main A40 to explore the area. I would recommend the walk at Canaston Woods, really lovely scenery and plenty of tracks to follow. Be mindful that there was a 1.9m height barrier to the car park but there is a small layby just outside. Overall, exceptionally happy with our stay and will be back."
