Thought this was going to be a nice Rt 66 motel but the bottom floor room we requested was old and the bathroom was dirty. Bed linens look updated . Manager tried to move us to a different room but did not get good vibes there. They were kind enough to refund our money.

We took a 7-day trip through Las Vegas, several national parks, and Route 66, and our stay at the ranch was by far the best part of the entire trip. The staff was absolutely extraordinary, welcoming, friendly, and genuinely made us feel special. We did both the horseback riding tour and the shooting range experience, and both were unforgettable. At night, we joined the campfire and made s’mores, which was the perfect way to end the day. The whole atmosphere of the ranch is something truly unique and very different from a typical hotel stay. Everything was incredible from beginning to end. We 100% recommend Grand Canyon Western Ranch to anyone visiting the area. It’s a unique experience and one of the highlights of our entire trip!

Great place to stay for glass walkway over canyon.

We asked for a different room because the bed was like laying on a pallet covered in sheets. The counter staff both check-in and check-out need customer service training. We were denied a different room because there were none available even though there were only 6 cars in the parking lot, we were told we could have a room on the second floor but being disabled I can’t climb stairs and the staff knew this. The dresser in the room is missing the knobs on the drawers, the remote had no battery cover so it was wrapped in plastic and tape to hold the batteries in, no toilet paper on the paper holder. We met the regional manager and she said there are going to be a lot of changes coming. Hopefully not only the furniture but staff.
