The hotel did not disclose that parking was extra at the time of booking. We have stayed there multiple times in the past. Also Manhattan is not a major city so to charge guests for parking is a money grab. Also breakfast is no longer included which was also not disclosed at the time of booking. The excuse given was new management. Very disappointing that they waited until I arrived to disclose this information as a result I will never be booking with them again

Basics covered. Breakfast was meager. Facility had that worn appearance. Prices were hiked due to a nearby college graduation. Service could have been upgraded spice prices were quadrupled.

This was one of the absolute nicest hotels I’ve stayed at!! Staff was warm and kind, room was beautiful, comfortable and spotless. I must note, the baseboards and even corners in the bathroom were spotless. Great linens, very comfy bed. Thank you!!!!

Hotel is only a couple of years old so hotel was nice and clean. Right across the street to UNMC medical center. Breakfast was good. Kinda weird that the lobby is located on the second floor instead of the first. No free parking and to get into the hotel from the parking garage you have to go outside ...
