It has what you need for cooking and is close to a lot on the island. The listing says pet friendly and I want to note that it is an additional $250 fee per dog on top of the other non refundable fees. The house was great for having kids on one side and them on the other side while also accommodating both families with a bathroom and shower. The short walk across the street and right to the beach made things really convenient with a local park two blocks down the street as well. We did try to reach out to the property manager, but never was able to get in touch with them.
