  • Enjoy the simplicity of the Mountains to Sea at this great 2nd row location just a short walk south of quaint downtown Topsail Beach and steps from the beach! A traditional styled bungalow with modern amenities, comfortable furnishings, and ample room inside and out for your family and canine companions, this home is sure to please! Three bedrooms, two baths, and recently renovated kitchen are provided for your coastal relaxation. Watch the sunrise and the ocean from the front porch and sunset and inlet from the covered back porch. A fenced yard with seating area, hammock stand (BYO Hammock), and charcoal grill only add to the outdoor area of the home! There are two nearby public beach accesses - Smith Ave with parking and Darden Ave with parking and handicap parking/ramp access to the beach!
