Please park in the driveway near the entry steps. • Bed linens & bath towels provided. Beach towels NOT provided. • We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs. • Please note that we do require a signed rental agreement. House Rules: • NO SMOKING. If anything is smoked inside, you will incur a $250 fee for deodorization treatment. • Check-in time is 4:00PM and check out by 10:00AM. No parking on premises before check in time or after check out time. Unapproved late check outs may result in a $200 fee. • Self check-in with keyless PIN code lock • Be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise volumes low. • In order to avoid potential staining, please do NOT use bleach to clean anything during your stay. We have professional cleaners who will use bleach appropriately in between guests to ensure a high standard of cleanliness. • Do not burn incense, essential oils, or similar items. These scents are difficult to remove before the next guest checks in, and some guests may have sensitivity to smells. • Guest must sign rental agreement. Pet Policy • Please message us for pet approval prior to booking. • Pets MUST be added to your reservation during the booking process. It is very convenient to the beach and pool. Great during the day. At night it is directly across from Trailer Bar which apparently does outdoor music until 11 and open with “activity” well past 2 am. Really not suitable for family with kids, if you are looking for a party atmosphere on the weekends, then maybe it’s your place. We only made breakfast and had all utensils and pans needed. LOVE that they had k-cups with a Keurig! 2-3 minute walk to the beach! This condo is right across from the Trailer Bar. They have live music which was great. We would just put chairs on the deck, listen and people watch. But when you’re trying to sleep, you can hear everything across the street. People tend to get a little louder when drinking, lol. Did not bother me one bit, my husband slept right through it. If you’re a light sleeper, could be an issue. I would not let that keep me from staying here again. Great communication with the owners. If you’re looking for a place to stay and don’t care if you have a beach view, stay here!! Seriously only 2-3 minute walk to the beach. P.S. LOVE that there is a washer and dryer! I could pack light knowing I was able to do laundry. ##### Amy F.
