Si alguna vez has estado en Surf City, estás familiarizado con esta casa, ya que se encuentra en un grupo de 4 edificios icónicos de lujo frente al mar (que conforman 8 casas de lujo frente al mar). Si crees que las fotos son buenas, ¡espera a verlas en persona! Estas grandes casas de pueblo en colores pastel embellecen la línea costera de la ciudad y se sientan en North Shore Drive en la cuadra 100 justo después de Daddy Mac's. ¡Realmente puede estacionar su automóvil cuando llegue y no volver a ingresar durante todas sus vacaciones! A poca distancia (1/2 milla o menos) de 15 establecimientos de comida, desde conos de nieve y helados hasta algunos de los mejores restaurantes de la isla. Incluso puede caminar hasta el puerto deportivo y alquilar un bote, salir en un charter de pesca o tomar un crucero con cena. El quinto dormitorio está en el nivel de entrada y tiene una litera doble sobre doble para ayudar a acomodar el desbordamiento cuando aparecen invitados inesperados adicionales (porque sabes cuándo tienes un lugar maravilloso en la playa ... ¡sucederá!). The view from the balcony is outstanding and the elevator was a big favorite of our four-legged companions. The beds are some of the most comfortable we've ever had in a rental property. The kitchen is well appointed and there's plenty of storage space. Love the early check-in! The owners are friendly and accommodating. The location is great with so many places to walk to for meals and souvenir shopping and ice cream! The bedrooms are all very nice and the beds are so soft! The property was very clean when we arrived with all bed sheets and towels provided. And the balconies have an awesome view of the ocean. The pool is shared with 3 other homes, but that was not an issue at all! It was heated and very warm as well. The elevator works great. Can walk to everything. The Elevator was a must for us due to older travelers. It was a God send. Our host, Ted, was the absolute best. I would rent from him again. He made all the difference. Only suggestion comments would be the pool could be larger to accommodate 8 units and out main patio sliding door handle was broken off (very difficult to open). This door used many times during the day. I WOULD REBOOK WITH TED IN A HEARTBEAT! The house was in a great location, as everything is walkable. All 21 of us had a wonderful, carefree stay at both units which are just steps from the beach. The pool and elevator are also wonderful amentities that were definitely utilized. We would surely come back! ##### Kerry R. From the moment I booked Ted went above and beyond to make us feel welcome - friendly and full of tips.The house was amazing - clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. It was spacious enough for all 10 of us to feel at home.The biggest highlight is the location - just out your door and there's the beach. Plus, there's always something to do in the area - restaurants, shops, kid's activities. I would highly recommend! ##### Vanessa R. Fully furnished and well equipped house located on the beach in Surf City. The neighborhood offers easy access to everything. Right in the heart of Surf City and walking distance to pier, restaurants, souvenir shopping, grocery's, ice cream, coffee shops and more. Beach access was a breeze and the heated pool was a added bonus. There's nothing like waking up to beach views everyday. Full kitchen is stocked with dishes/pots and pans and all other necessities. The Host was responsive to all questions and went out of his way to check in with us and provide basic check in and out procedures. Everyone including the dogs had a wonderful time, I would stay here again. ##### Renee T. Everything you need is provided even a pack n play for the baby. We were able to park the cars and walk to everything you needed. The owner worked with us on a very last minute reservation and was highly responsive and proactively engaged to make sure our visit went well. Most notable was the comfortable bedding, amazing ocean view/beach access, and convenient location in the middle of Surf City. The custom bunk beds were especially appreciated, as they accommodate full-sized adults without wobbling or squeaking. We'll be back if we're ever in the area again! ##### Beth H. Location - could walk to restaurants, Inis Spa (the best), stores, and easy walk down to the beach from the house stairs. Having 3 king size bed suites was ideal, lots of room and privacy. The elevator was a great feature, and necessary for our group.I enjoy going to a home which looks like a home, with comfortable furniture, nice decor, and plenty of kitchen gear and spices, etc. The view was AMAZING!
