El descuento militar y para maestros se aplica tanto a los miembros en servicio activo como a los jubilados. 25% de descuento para alquileres mensuales de noviembre de 2019 a marzo de 2020. Gracias. 3 habitaciones 2\. 5 baños Casa de 1300 pies cuadrados con pisos de madera noble, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, porche con pantalla, terraza, patio y baño adicional en la planta baja cerca de la ducha exterior fría / caliente. 2 camas queen, 1 cama doble, 4 literas y 2 sofás plegables de tamaño completo. Duerme 10 personas en 7 camas, pero 14 personas si utiliza ambos sofás plegables. El estacionamiento tiene capacidad para 6 vehículos fácilmente y también puede estacionar su bote en el costado. El acceso a la playa está a 100 pies de distancia con una nueva rampa de Hatteras sobre la que puede voltear su refrigerador o carro, no más escaleras. Para los niños tenemos una gran sala de juegos / almacenamiento en la planta baja con futbolín, juguetes y una mesa de air hockey. Se agregan más cosas divertidas todo el tiempo para los días lluviosos. Esta habitación se puede usar para su equipo extra de playa o maletas. Hay un refrigerador adicional de tamaño completo para bocadillos de playa o cualquier cosa. Tenemos sillas, tablas de surf y juguetes de arena para que los prestes. Para que todos disfruten de la brisa y la vista de la playa, hay dos áreas de patio, una gran terraza, un porche protegido y un área de concreto debajo de la casa. We usually pick a different dog friendly place each year. Clint's place is now our favorite and we haven't stayed anywhere that we liked better than "Our Happy Place". The view is just as good as ocean front. The screened in porch is where we stayed most of the time. All the beds were comfortable and the living room furniture was comfortable as well. The views of the water can’t be beat! The beach is so much better than public surf city beach, much nicer sand and not crowded. Easy walk caddy corner from the home.The home has everything you could need, including beach chairs, boggie boards and sand toys. The table games were a hit too. Our dogs loved the fenced yard.Clint was a pleasure to work with. Definitely a 5 star stay! We’ll be back! ##### Lori S. We had such a great time spending Christmas at Clint’s place. Check in was a breeze and he was so flexible on checking in early and checking out late. We spent the majority of our time on the front deck that overlooks the ocean. The kitchen is fully stocked, beds are comfy and the backyard is a plus! We got to spend quality time with our granddaughter Embry Rae! This place was spot on from the listing and Mr. Clint kept us informed from our booking to arrival! The home was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed watching the storm out on the ocean our first night and the full moon rise the second night. The kitchen is well stocked and where we made some delicious meals.
