Got excuses re understaffing and no proactive communication re response time. Jimmy came late afternoon on Tuesday and repaired what he could. Jimmy was good. Dishwasher repairmen came on Wednesday afternoon and, after saying they needed to troubleshoot issue and would be back in, disappeared. Obviously owner and property manager are only responding to issues raised by renters and only doing minimal work. Another renter told us they stayed here in 2023 and had no AC for 5 days.
