    Welcome to Turtle Cove 133, an inviting escape in an the exclusive Turtle Cove Townhome community. Includes a private beach access and a fun community pool!

    Located on S. Topsail Drive Surf City, NC. The location could not be better! Nestled between an awesome playground with basketball courts, with the Intracoastal Waterway Boardwalk and a private community beach access!

    This charming 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhome is ideally situated just a half-mile from delightful island dining spots, quaint gift shops, a convenient grocery store, and the iconic Surf City Pier.

    Early Check-in/Late Check-Out:
    • Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance during the busy season (Memorial Day - Labor Day) We can let you know if early check in or late check out will be available. If we can accommodate your request, we will be happy to! bonus: we do not charge extra!

    Bed & Bath Linens:
    - Bed and Bath linens are all provided (beach towels are not included)!
    • Upon arrival you will find clean bed & bath linens in a linen bag at the property.
    ** For an additional fee beds can be made, please contact our office to schedule this extra service at least a week before arrival.   

    Booking Details:
    • Arrival & Departure: Check-In: 3 PM | Check-Out: 10 AM
    • Door Codes: Door access codes will be sent the morning of check-in through email & text message

    Complimentary items below are provided as a convenience for when you first arrive. (Additional supplies will be the responsibility of the guest):
    • 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
    • 1 trash bag per trash can
    • 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen
    • A small "starter set" of dish soap, sponge, laundry pod and dishwasher tab.

    • There are tons of restaurants in Surf City such as Shaka Taco, JM's Seafood and Daddy Mac's on the beach just to name a few plus dining options in North and South Topsail, Hampstead, Holly Ridge and Snead's Ferry.
    • If you still have the energy for some nighttime entertainment there are local beach bars, breweries, a wine bar, sports bars and several have live music all year round.
    • One of our favorite things to do with friends/family that come to visit here is hire a chartered fishing trip and rent jet-skis or bicycles/electric bikes!

    Family Fun Close By:
    • Surf City Surf School has amazing surf instructors and your kids will love it! Make sure to check out the summer programs available for kids at Island Ecological Adventures & Touch Tank Aquarium! Take a stroll around Soundside Park, or choose from the other multiple parks in the area and outdoor recreation spots for kids and adults alike with local golf courses and mini golf!

Family vacation

The people at the rental place was very nice and accommodating. Upon check in we were told that the pool was not functioning and would be repaired by Monday. The repair was completed Wednesday. We also had problems with the ceiling fans not working and tv’s in upstairs bedrooms. This also took several trips and days before repaired. The bunk beds wobbled and not very stable. The main floor shower is very small 2’x2’ and very hard to maneuver in. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the owners should do some upgrades such as shower, utensils and outside furniture.

Turtle Cove

We had a great stay! While slightly dated, this house was very clean and spacious. The property manager was very quick to address 2 small issues that we had come up. It was super close to the beach. One thing I was frustrated with was the checkout procedure. It asked us to wash, dry and put all towels and bath mats back in their appropriate places. The sheets were to be left in a laundry basket. However, checkout time was 10am. Which means everyone would have needed to be up by 7 and take their showers so that I could get those items washed, dried and put away before we checked out. I left those items in the laundry basket with the sheets. And the property manager charged us an additional $60. Next year I’ll probably just bring my own towels, as the ones provided by the property were quite worn, anyway. But mostly because I definitely don’t want to be up at 7am on my last day of vacation to do laundry.

Great location

Wonderful location! Convenient access to the beach and the downtown area. Great roads for walking/running. Very nice neighbors and pool was convenient for children.

Close to beach but needs updated

Packaging tape is used to hold the kitchen sink down. The master shower head, despite also having packing tape on the shower head, sprays over the shower curtain because it needs properly replaced. Couldn’t stream shows on TVs bc WiFi went in and out every 20 min or so. Has to wash everything we used in the kitchen as they had caked on food on the utensils and plates. Good view of pool. Beach is across the street a little ways and needs a fob to open the gate to get on and off the beach. Unit comes with one fob which made it challenging with a family. Bring blankets. When you arrive, there’s a comforter on the bed that doesn’t get washed. No hand towels or dish towels either. Linen package that came with our rental included shower towels and wash clothes as well as bed sheets. The one set of queen sheets had two fitted and no flat sheet. This is a nice place- it needs some TLC and some real cleaning.

Nice, clean, family oriented

Plenty of bedrooms, nicely sized too. Master bed wasn’t too comfortable. 1st floor laundry was nice. Bathrooms all in good shape, and clean. Couches were in very used shape. Deck overlooks the pool, so nice for a family. Parking under the home and access to storage room was great. Turtle Cove was a little less private, but nice for the money. Overall, good experience, and fairly close beach access.

Nice, clean, worth every penny

The week at Turtle cove 133 was exactly what we were hoping it would be. The accommodations were clean and well kept. There were no issues during the entire visit. Even the neighbors (permanent residents) were a pleasure to be around. The private access to the beach made the day at the beach a pleasure. Even though the unit is "across the street from the beach", this was never an issue as it is only a short walk. We will definitely consider this unit for future visits to Surf City.
