8.8/10 Excellent! (1,073 reviews)
This was always one of our go-to hotels as we frequently travel to the Cleveland area. Sadly this time the room wasn’t clean. I requested a vaccine as my asthma acted up as soon as we got in the room. The staff were helpful and vacuumed and cleaned the filter that night. But after that all cleaning was by request, and even when I requested they said they were short staffed and couldn’t accommodate. I was there 4 nights and never had even my garbage taken out.
