7.8/10 Good! (1,001 reviews)
I give 5 star to the staffs they are very friendly and accommodating, the bathroom is very clean and the breakfast is excellent. On our last day we didn’t have breakfast in the hotel but they provided us a generous breakfast to take away as our flight was so early. Only the room is very plain and like an ordinary room without decorations, no hotel vibes at all. It has a good potential as the location is great. Should improve the rooms.

Hotel was well situated and staff were friendly. Breakfast was good.
The main issue was the beds. Super soft and uncomfortable. Asked to move and they moved us into a room with two separate beds that were just as soft. Two sleepless nights!

"Stayed here previously in a very small room, so opted for the family room this time which was so much better, especially having a separate living room which made it very spacious. Breakfast was great with many continental and cooked options, and all the staff spoke English and were very helpful. ..."
