This is one of our favorite places we have stayed at! The staff is so friendly and made us feel so welcome. We have a two year old and they were so sweet and friendly. I do not have any negative things to say about this property as it was amazing ! Thank you to all the staff for making our stay amazing.

Great Place!, We went swimming with our 5 and 3 year old in the volcano crater and it was fantastic!! Water crystal clear and warm! Also visited the Ice Castle which was fun for the kids and a real mind blowing creating of ice!
