Very nice clean place very affordable location not that bad

This hotel has a fantastic location. Restaurants abound, La Plancha Park is at the end of the Gastronomic Street, Paseo Montejo is a block away with mansions, museums, restaurants, shop, and pedestrian Sundays. The staff is bilingual and couldn’t be nicer. The pool area is an oasis. I especially enjoyed it at sunset.

The property was traditional, rustic, but in a nice way. The one block it's on was run down but this was the best cared for place. And, at the end of the block it becomes the best part of the historic district with lots of cultural offerings, food, and shopping. We had some issues through our 2-week stay but they were taken care of fairly quickly as we reported them. There was a lot of noise at night from a bar until 3am. Yes, we're old. But get this, toward the end of our stay i track down the lord bar and talked to them. I kindly mentioned they had been keeping us awake. After that; no noise. The neighborhood lost power 4 days in a row for a few hours. But the city took care of the issue each time. All in all, a nice place.

This is such a beautiful property. The place is pristine, the bed and pillows super comfortable and lets talked about the staff, just wow. Super attentive, accommodative, always with a smile. We are vegan and their menu didn’t have vegan options so we opted for buying some fridge food and make our leaves dinner, they warmed the food for us, no if it buts about it.
