Cet hôtel est tout simplement merveilleux pour son emplacement et pour son ambiance feutrée et confortable. à notre arrivée nous avons été accueillis par Didi, l’aimable employée de la réception. Sa gentillesse fut remarquable à tout point de vue. La chambre est magnifiquement décorée, le lit était parfait. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, la belle musique et le confort du mobilier ajoutent à l’expérience de calme de cet hôtel. Le tramway 11 passe sur cette petite rue sans pour autant être un facteur sonore désagréable. Bien au contraire, il est facile d’y embarquer à seulement trois petits coins de rue. Le service est au petit soin pour sa clientèle. Nous avons eu léger problème avec le fer à repasser et en moins de 15 minutes, un employé de la réception est venu nous apporter un fer à repasser en parfait état et une planche à repasser plus longue que celle qui était dans notre chambre. Et tout ce service rehausser par de la gentillesse. À notre départ, Didi et Matti de la réception ce matin la, ont été d’une belle délicatesse et de gentillesse à notre égard. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation.

La procédure pour obtenir le numéro de chambre et la clé était complètement erronée. Vraiment pas acceptable.

Our stay was truly special and one we will remember fondly. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the warm, friendly staff, who were always kind, attentive, and happy to help. It’s those little personal touches that make a stay feel so much more than just a hotel experience. We also really enjoyed the hotel’s food, which added another lovely dimension to our stay. The amenities were wonderful, and the whole atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. And the view of the Jungfrau mountains? Simply breathtaking! Waking up surrounded by such incredible scenery made our stay feel magical. Wengen itself is an absolute gem, and Grand Hotel Belvedere was the perfect place to enjoy its beauty. We left with beautiful memories and genuine appreciation for the people who made our stay so enjoyable. We would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to return one day! ❤️

Absolutely fabulous hotel and perfect location to enjoy the wonderful scenery - mountain hikes and swimming and activities on the lake. Duty manager so welcoming, helpful and friendly, advising us on walks on our arrival. Friendly restaurant staff and a great buffet breakfast to start the day with a much appreciated vegan selection. Lovely bakery on-site and covered walkway to the cable car opposite the hotel. Lovely spa area to relax after hiking, or to watch the rain from. Comfortable bed, fresh spring water, large balconies. No apparent air con, but nice just to have the window tilted open. Well served by buses
