Wow—what can I say? This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. My wife and I highly recommend it, and we will definitely be back. The staff was exceptional and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. After our experience here, it truly made the hotel we stayed at in St. Moritz pale in comparison. If you’re looking for a place with stunning mountain views, a beautiful terrace, comfortable rooms, and a relaxing spa, this is the place to stay. After a long day of exploring, the spa was the perfect way to unwind, and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They are definitely one of the hotel's greatest assets. The hotel is very new and well maintained. I stayed in a suite with a large balcony overlooking both the lake and the surrounding mountains. The was spacious, well equipped, spotlessly clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The infinity pool and spa facilities were beautiful and created a very relaxing atmosphere, Although I only stayed for one night, I found myself wishing I had booked a longer stay. If I return to this area in the future, I will definitely stay for at least two nights. Highly recommended!

Staff was very responsive through the entire process, including sending a taxi to pick us up to the train station and deliver us to the residence. The apartment was spacious, clean and exactly what we needed for six travelers. We would definitely stay here again!
