In the very heart of Honfleur, 50sq.m of JOY for 2 people

  • Large apartment in loft/artist's studio style. 50sq.m 3 m high ceiling, vaulted bedroom and well equipped bathroom. The large living room is very bright thanks to an exceptional bay-window. At night, you get to choose: lounge atmosphere with lowlight fittings or bright lighting with built in spots. The fitted kitchen allows you to spend cosy evenings and Normand breakfasts. However, do not forget that you are in the heart of Honfleur, a town of artists, but as well of restaurant owners. So feel free to try one, especially as you can get there on foot. Even if the loft enjoys a great location in the centre of the city, it is very quiet, because it is set back from the road. All the pros of the city centre, without the cons. You and you personal belongings are in full safety. To access the apartment, you need to pass through a lovely gate with a digital entry lock. To unload your luggage, you can stop the car in the courtyard. Afterwards you can park it in the car park opposite the house (€ 3/day). If you decide to come without car, we can pick you up from the train stations of Deauville, Lisieux, Le Havre or the airport of Deauville Saint Gatien. And of course, we will take you back. If you are a golfer, you can go for a 'Calvados Tour'. The golf courses of Deauville, Saint Gatien and Saint Julien are 10 minutes by car. If you are not a professional golfer, but you would like to try, we can arrange a half-day or more, to sample the joy of this sport in the greenery of Normandy. Last thing, the loft is an apartment located in a manor that we have fully renovated. We have put our love and energy in this house, so that our yearly tenants or holidays visitors feel good here. This is why we have put a pompous plate of our small building, welcoming you to 'Résidence Sainte Victoire', as this project has been a VICTORY for the great JOY of all.

Claire was absolutely fabulous and very attentive. We had a couple things come up and she responded and helped us immediately. The property is in an ideal place to be close to restaurants and shopping if you want. We used the place as our base and drove to other places we wanted to see. We didn’t use the amenities but there was a kitchen sitting room etc if that’s what you wanted. Check this Place out!!

L' accueil de Madame Claire Jahan est parfaite et a l'écoute de ses hôtes. Le loft est lumineux bien insonorisé : une vaste cuisine et une salle de bain spacieuse. Il ne manque rien. Nous étions deux et avec bonheur nous y avons vécu confortablement pendant 10 jours. ce rdc nous a conquis par sa proximité au centre et à mon lieu de répétition avant le concert des Contes d'Hoffman. "Madame Claire Jahan, j'ai fait votre publicité auprès de mes amies choristes car plusieurs choeurs sont déjà prévus pour 2022 et votre amabilité chaleureuse est encore en plus de vos logements." Endroit à recommander. Propriétaire d'une gentillesse et d'un accueil extraordinaire. On a pu visiter les autres parties et toutes sont parfaites et franchement aucune hésitation pour y retourner et ou même pour le conseiller tellement tout est magnifique. Aucun points positifs vraiment. Tout est fourni sur place : linge de maison, wifi, parking payant mais sécurisé Un vrai partage avec Antoine et Claire. Ils communiquent leur passion et leur amour de la Normandie

Du pur bonheur

Nous avons séjourné au Loft le temps d'un week end. Idéalement situé, à 300 mètres du port, calme, dans une jolie petite résidence. Claire et Antoine nous ont reçu chaleureusement et on pris le temps de nous indiquer les bonnes adresses. L'appartement est propre et joliment décoré. Il ne manque rien. Nous recommandons vivement les gîtes de claire et antoine:)

A wonderful site in the heart of Honfleur!

Our stay at Antoine's and Claire's apartment was quite pleasant. It is situated on one of the main streets into Honfleur, but is situated on the property in such a way as to be perfectly quiet, in spite of having a view of the sidewalk and passers-by. The apartment is very well-appointed, with all the cooking and serving ware one would want. It was nice to come home after a day of exploring and have a glass of wine and some small snack before venturing out for a terrific dinner close by. The seating areas and bed are very comfortable, the bathroom outfitted with brand new fixtures and washer/dryer. We were able to park for free about 150 yards down the street for free and felt very safe leaving the car there as well as walking to and for. This was a very pleasant place to stay and we would return without question!

Accueil chaleureux par le propriétaire. Il nous a donné des conseils judicieux quant aux endroits à visiter et les bons restos. J'ai eu beaucoup de plaisir à bavarder avec lui. L'appartement est fabuleux, d'une propreté impeccable, avec des plafonds très hauts. Accès wifi très rapide et même une mini chaîne iPod avec de la musique de plusieurs pays. Au moment où nous sommes entrés dans l'appartement, nous avons réservé pour une troisième nuit! C'est sans hésitation que je vous recommande cet endroit et nous le recommanderons à tous nos amis! Un long WE en plein cœur de Honfleur dans un appartement de rêve. Tout y est pour réussir son séjour. L'appartement est bien décoré, ultra propre, bien équipé, une connexion wifi excellente ... L'accueil de Claire et Antoine est chaleureux et prennent le temps de répondre à toutes vos questions. Nous espérons pouvoir y retourner très vite

Nous avons passés un séjour formidable dans cet appartement. Idéalement situé, nous n'avons pas pris la voiture du week end. De nombreux parkings sont juste à coté de l'appartement. Il est trés bien équipé et joliment décoré. Wifi, draps, serviettes de toilette, linge de cuisine, mixeur, grille pain,... tout y est pour que nous nous sentions comme chez nous. Claire et Antoine demandent un forfait ménage qui est bien compréhensible en regard de la propreté de l'appartement lors de notre arrivée. Et pour ne rien gâcher,un accueil chalereux. Nous reviendrons!
