Nina hotel

I have stated at this hotel in the past a couple of times ( when it was called LHotel) and this time also I chose it - primarily for its location. MTR metro station is just walkable and that’s the highlight of this place. Rooms are well kept, clean and spacious. Restaurant menu is very limited and that’s the only concern I can raise.

Had an amazing stay at Nina Hotel for the past week! It was clean, the staff was very friendly, and it was very close to many types of transportation (subway, bus, tram). I will definitely be returning the next time I’m in Hong Kong.

Enjoyable/effortless stay

Excellent location, close to all public transport. Lots of eateries within minimal walking distance. Rooms are a good size, didn’t feel cramped at all. All amenities are available without having to ask for them

Good location

It was very close to Victoria park. Everything was well cleaned. Hotel staff were all nice and friendly. There was a convenience store just across the entrance.

Can’t go wrong

Very convenient, very close to all public transport and eateries. Area is safe. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only thing they can improve on is Internet which is free but not very stable/fast.

It’s my third time staying at this hotel. I’m very pleased with the staffs in the hotel. Always very friendly and helpful. The location is great. MTR station is just across the street and tons of restaurants close by. The Queen Victoria Park is a short walk across. My room has a nice view of the harbor too. Will recommend this hotel for anyone that visiting HK.

MTR is only 1 mins away. And you can take cable cars, buses to almost everywhere! House keeper Amy was nice, she tried to understand our routine and give us what we needed every day. Especially how much coffee I needed

Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was closed due to Covid. No open air swimming pool because it was winter. Some basic things like soap was missing or used glasses and spoons were not changed daily during our 2-week stay.

Hotel room is clean. location is convenient and close to subway station. Lot of food options and convenient stores around the hotel. Only downside is that there is no usb charging stations for phone and devices. Need to bring your power plug for usb charging. And there is no power outlet at bedside. Very inconvenient.

Not a happy camper

Quite sub standard for the money . We had to change room because of mole discovered in the bath room . It advertised as having excellent breakfast yet it does not even have a coffee stand in the hotel let alone breakfast place . Only saving grace the staffs were courteous and is closed to the subway station .

Great location: on the Island, convenient to travel to Kowloon side by MTR and even reach different parts of the New Territories (Yuen Long or Sai Kung). Almost across the street is Victoria Park which is perfect to have a breath out of the skyscrapers; it was a pleasure to walk to the hotel from Causeway Bay. The only minor was the lifts: not only there was most of the time only one working but I found it pretty slow. Rooms: I've been upgraded, the king size bedrooms are good with basic amenities which was to me very enough. They look over Victoria Park and Tai Hang. What I disliked the most were the clothes hangers which were quite difficult to remove from their hooks. Lastly the staff has always been very helpful during my 14 nights there, I will definitely stay again at this hotel. No breakfast included nor access to the swimming-pool, due to Covid so cannot comment about these.

The room was a good size, by Hong Kong standards, and I had space to unpack my two suitcases. There was more free bottled water than I was able to drink. Perhaps the housekeeping staff thought I needed hydrating. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that the breakfast room was out of service. It's all very well going to a bakery-café for breakfast, but I prefer a buffet breakfast in the hotel. In the event, I decided to take the MTR two stops to Wan Chai and get breakfast at the Délifrance there. The location is excellent. Although the hotel is mentioned as being in Causeway Bay, the MTR station right across the road from the hotel is Tin Hau. There are also hundreds of double-decker buses stopping next to the hotel, as well as the trams. The bath was so narrow that it felt as though I was standing on two opposing slopes when in the shower. But this was something that I was able to get used to.
