The staff was nice, it was easy to deal with. The room was very clean and comfy.

Hotel was lovely and clean, staff all very polite and helpful,hotel is in a good area close enough to most attractions and transport links, rooftop bar was lovely, would definitely stay again

Stayed in early July. Hotel is beautiful and spotless throughout. We arrived at around 1pm and our room was ready which was great. Staff were very pleasant. We required help from front desk twice - once to request an iron and another to help open our safe and on both occasions they arrived within minutes. Hotel is conveniently right outside tram stop which brings you right to Chain Bridge. Only comment on the room is that the soap in the toilet was heavily watered down. The sink in the shower area did have bars of soap however. The rooftop bar is lovely but servers could be more attentive as we had to get our own menu and then track them down to order drink. Also the pool area is small and only has 4 sun loungers which is a shame as they were taken throughout our stay.

Cons: The curtains didn't block all the light, so the room got bright early in the morning. The kitchen didn't have a stovetop as listed. The room was much smaller than shown in the photos. Pros: The room was clean and quiet. The area around the hotel was nice. The Wi-Fi worked well. Check-in was easy and hassle-free.
