Relax in this 2 bdrm/ 2 bath 2-story home sitting on 6 spacious lots in Cottonwood Shores. Well-equipped kitchen, dining room. Upper deck for viewing wildlife. TV and Roku in living room and downstairs bedroom, with Wifi to use your own streaming service. Parking for 2 vehicles plus your boat or trailer for your kayak, etc. Enjoy our peaceful home in the Highland Lakes area of the Texas hill country.

Additional info: Separate Host residence is on the property - we're available if guests need anything but respectful of your space.

Marble Falls Get away
This was a great place for quick weekend get away from Austin. Eclectic but very cool interior. Very comfortable for out family of 4. The neighborhood has two waterfront parks on the upper end of Lake Marble falls which is great for swiming or kayaking.
