“The property is great - very clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Communication with AirNorfolk was quick and easy as well, and the check-in couldn't have been easier.The location is the possible sticking point. It's convenient to a lot of things, it has a lovely view of the river below, but as others have mentioned it can be noisy. “Great location, handy for getting around Norwich and the grater Norfolk area, only downside was the parking, no fault of the properties but it can get expensive paying £10-£20 per day for parking.
House was clean, beds were comfy. Maybe more tea towels & toilet roll could be provided but theres nothing stopping people bringing their own if needed”

“Nice and clean, well decorated but small. Very noisy road, and very hot throughout our stay. As the inside temperature never dropped below 24 degrees (19th to 24th June), we tried to leave bedroom windows open at night, but only did so for an hour on the first night, as there is so much traffic for most of the night, roaring up and down, so not had a lot of sleep. Took coffee bags with us as no coffee maker, as per previous reviews. Power shower was pretty weak but sufficed. Very small……

“Had a lovely 3 night break at this property. It’s nice and spacious with comfortable beds and extremely clean. Everything necessary for self catering is there and I would thoroughly recommend it. The shower has great water pressure too (this is important to me!) Within a stones throw of a couple of pubs which both have lovely gardens on the water and serve food all day. Jump in the car and the local area has plenty to offer too. We had our dog with us and he loved the walks - no need for a car……
