"No checkin estavamos sendo atendidos por uma pessoa a qual foi interrompida por um outro funcionário chamado PAULO, o qual a designou para fazer outro atendimento no bar do hotel, nos deixando sem atendimento. Depois de 15 minutos a moça retornou para contínuar com nosso atendimento.
Isso foi de uma extrema falta de respeito conosco."
"The keys kept malfunctioning which was a little frustrating since our room was very far from the front desk. The air conditioner took a long time to start working but thankfully it did after a while. Breakfast was good and the cute kittens running around were a definite highlight :)"

"I was concerned because it was so cheap, and because it was my first time in Fortaleza.
But it was totally sufficient and safe. I arrived at 3am and the guy spoke english and was friendly. Very convenient and cheap!"
