Tucked into a cul de sac less than two miles from the heart of Hot Springs, this beautiful dog-friendly home is the perfect choice for your next mountain-themed adventure! Ride through the mountains and follow your adventure with authentic Southern cuisine downtown, then gather by the firepit, soak in the private hot tub, or lounge on the screened porch to call it a night. There is a deer feeder in case you would like to treat occasional deer visitors to delicious nibbles.

This home offers two inviting living spaces, each equipped with comfortable sofas and TVs. The kitchen is complete with everything you could need to surprise your friends with savory homemade meals. Or you could be the star of the group and prepare delicious snacks for family game night - there are fantastic family-friendly board games provided!

This vacation home will be decorated for Christmas from Thanksgiving until after the New Year every year.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great Property!
We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is great, the house was very clean and cute. I would definitely recommend this listing! Unfortunately, we were told 4 days prior to arrival that the hot tub was broken and wouldn't be fixed before our stay. We were celebrating a bachelorette, and the hot tub was a big reason we booked this place. They did offer a full refund or a discount, which was nice. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the hot tub and because we paid a pretty hefty cleaning fee, but there was still a list of check-out instructions.

Dannie went above and beyond to make a tough situation wonderful!
There was a fluke gas leak in the property so we could not stay. Instead, Dannie worked to find us an alternative property and it was incredible.

Basically very nice. Upstairs bedroom was great in the trees with a nice bathroom. Kitchen was lacking somewhat in basic things like foil. Location was very good and very private. Nice that pets were allowed.

No Hot Tub
We were extremely disappointed in the house. Upon check in we discovered the hot tub was not working and when we tried to contact someone to fix it we were informed it had not been working for a while and there was nothing to be done. We were also informed we would receive money back so I am waiting for that transaction to go through. We should have been notified prior to our check in of the hot tub not working as it was the whole reason we chose that house. I expect the refund to be processed asap. Even as of Sunday when I received check out instructions the email stated in capital letters with fire emojis “NEW HOT TUB!” To continue to lie to potential customers only makes the matter worse. I expect to hear back asap on when the refund has been initiated.
