We liked the property, it was clean, comfortable and in a nice neighborhood. We appreciated the dinig recommendation, Best Bar for breakfast. Loved it. We would have liked a couple of regular drinking glasses. Otherwise nicely appointed. A heads up about the no wine/beer purchases on Sunday would have nice!

Perfect Cozy Property
The garage apartment was perfect! It was clean, and had the best wrap around porch to enjoy morning coffee and do a little bird watching from. We loved the location, because even though you are less than a mile from the excitement of downtown, you are still far enough away that you are not dealing with crowds. It’s in a quaint little neighborhood that backs up to the mountain. The owner was more than hospitable! He was easy to reach, and gave great dining and hiking recommendations. This will be our new “go to” stay when we visit Hot Springs!

Great Location and Great Hosts
The host communicated and gave many dining suggestions. We were able to make it to two of those suggestions and they were great. The property makes it easy to enjoy the town of Hot Springs as well as the trails of the state park. My wife and I are very happy with the choice and had a great time!

Wonderful area and apartment
Great quiet, safe, lovely location in residential area, trees, birdsong, many windows, comfy bed, large bathroom and walk in shower. Helpful and immediately responsive kind owner. We are older and have some mobility issues so the stairs and furniture posed an unexpected problem and we left a day early. We drove downtown but it would have been a nice walk.

Lovely Neighborhood
This is basically a garage apartment. There is a kitchenette with an air fryer, sink and dorm fridge, a basic coffee pot, and a Nespresso machine. The bed (we only used one) was comfortable, and the porch was awesome for morning coffee. You could walk to town, but it is about a mile away. We didn't mind looking at the homes as we walked, but you might want to drive.

We couldn't have been happier with this property! Clean and spacious. We went to hike the sunset trail and access was right down the street. The downtown area / bath houses are a relatively short but pleasant walk. The neighborhood is super cute and seemed safe, even after dark. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for a relaxing getaway!
My husband and I have been to Hot Springs many times over the years, but we’ve always stayed “right in the middle of things”. This location is only MINUTES from anything you’d want to do in Hot Springs, yet it seems secluded and quiet when you just want to hang out on the deck or in the loft. Rob made sure we had his cell number and that we knew it was okay to text him if we needed anything. We didn’t really need anything, but I did text several times with questions about new places to eat and about the wildlife we saw from the deck. We got to watch a groundhog gather leaves for his den! We’d definitely stay here again.

In the heart of Hot Springs
Easy to communicate with owner. All of their suggestions for restaurants were great. The BestCafe at the boutique Motel of same name (only open ‘til brunch)is well worth the cost. Best breakfasts ever! We were 3/4 of a mile from the exchange street free parking garage and there was so much to see and do all day and night. Visited one of the two working spas, on bath house row, the free museums made from the others, hiking trails, and one available right behind the beautiful garage apt! Thank You!
