This newly-constructed (2021) lakeside rental is in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the lake. Enjoy the private garage, the BBQ and the firepit and dock near the lake.

This lower-level unit was designed for the comfort and convenience of short-term guests.

Hot Springs Village member amenities, such as golf, tennis, pickleball, fitness center, etc. are also available to guests at visitor rates.

A relaxing getaway!
My sisters and I decided to take my mom on a birthday weekend getaway and we had the best time at this property! It was so nice to relax and spend time together at the house and enjoy the surrounding area. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to have a peaceful weekend away from home!

Sweet getaway
This place was beyond perfect for us. I love a lake view and this provided. This place was immaculately cleaned and so cozy. We loved making a fire every night and we did kayak out on the lake. If you are looking for relaxing this is your place.

Wonderful stay
My mom along with my 3 kids and myself stayed in this lovely home for the weekend!!! It completely exceeded our expectations. It was so clean and we were welcomed with yummy cookies on the table soon as you walked in. Cindi was very prompt on response times and was so sweet and accommodating. We will definitely recommend this home and hopefully at some point be back. We enjoyed the kayaks, the fie pit, the beautiful lake view, and so much more. Book your stay and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

Quiet and clean but description wasn’t accurate
Pros Very clean and updated, everything you need in kitchen to cook, Good internet, Smart tv in living room, Washer and dryer/ dishwasher worked great, Private dock w/ kayaks, Fire pit, Beds were satisfactory Cons •The listing was very misleading in multiple ways. When purchased, the listing showed or made it seem that the entire house was to ourselves. This is not the case as someone lives above you and all you have is the lower section. This means the only access to your section is by stairs connected to the garage and any belongings/groceries will have to be carried up and down the back steps. We also have a one year old and trying to keep him quiet was something I wasn’t expecting on vacation. *They have edited the listing after I purchased to explain that a tenant lives above** •The listing states to have 2 bathrooms. Bathroom 1 was to be a toilet and shower combo and bathroom 2 was to be a toilet. —This is untrue. There is only one bathroom total. Toilet/shower are together and is connected by the two bedrooms on the Left and Right with sliding doors. This means when you use the restroom, you must close both doors. Not a big deal but neither of the locks/latches worked correctly on the doors and the Left door kept jamming. The biggest issue with this is that we had to verbally explain to each other that we are using the restroom because it didn’t lock or shut correctly. •Couches were very uncomfortable

The place was clean, had everything we needed. Loved we could use the kayaks. I think the only thing to be aware of is that this is more of a downstairs apartment and there is someone who lives there above you. If you have mobility issues you will may have a lot of issues unloading your stuff or accessing the amenities. They view was beautiful and it was a quiet and peaceful experience.

Great stay!
This is sort of an apartment in the rear of and under a free-standing house which is built on a hill. So it may not be the best choice for someone mobility-impaired since one must go down an outside flight of stairs in order to enter. Once inside, pretty much everything you need is furnished, including coffee! It is very clean,. The set-up is perfect for a small family since the bathroom is between the two bedrooms, the shower and toilet shared by both. Each bedroom has it's own vanity area, which is nice. The kitchen is very well furnished. Outside is a small patio and a path down to the fire pit and lake. Unfortunately, it rained the entire time we were there, so there was no enjoying all the fun stuff like the kayaks! Cindi is a very responsive host and very helpful. My friend left a shirt in her closet, and Cindi notified me immediately, then mailed it back. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Only thing I'd change would be the weather!

Perfect Restful Retreat
We stayed at Cindi’s house for a week while visiting my grandfather, who lives in Hot Springs Village. The house was the perfect home base to enjoy in the mornings and evenings. It is beautifully furnished and was the best stocked rental I have ever stayed at. Everything we could have needed was provided. It felt more like staying at a friend’s house- where you could borrow a ziplock baggie or use their fire starting supplies for the fire pit. We really enjoyed our time.

Quite Getaway
A great place to stay. The location is very secluded and quiet, a great place to get away and disconnect. Very clean and well maintained, and finally a shower head that is high enough to accommodate those over 6'. The property is exactly as described with great views of the lake and a wonderful little fire pit (about 30 steps down, and about another 20 to the dock). Internet speeds were in the mid 20's down and around 10 up. Be aware there is a property manager who lives upstairs full time, he was very quiet and we never saw him but that is not exactly clear in the property description. The town of Hot Springs Village is gated and you have to go through the gate each time, from either side its about another 10-12 min drive to the property, the village is mostly 55+ so the doors tend to roll up around 7-8pm. Plan to drive 20-25 min down to Hot Springs if you want to do something besides hang around the fire pit after dark.

Beautiful place indoors and out. It was so peaceful and quiet in fact so quiet that I had trouble sleeping but that's my fault because I forgot my noise maker. Would 100% stay again. The weather was awful so unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor amenities but it was ok bc inside was still so cozy and comfortable with everything we needed.

Immaculate - Comfortable - Contemporary Decor
Very nice property with access to Lake Coronado. We enjoyed the fire pit (plenty of firewood was on a rack - we brought our own matches and fire starters). The sit on top kayaks provided are good quality and handled well on the lake. The property owner takes them in for winter storage after October. Everything worked; the appliances are new and top brands. The kitchen is well supplied with utensils. Heating and cooling is faultless. The bed gave us a good night’s rest all our stay. The use of a garage to keep your vehicle out of the weather is a bonus we rarely see. The neighborhood is walker friendly, quiet, with little traffic, and wildlife in abundance. We walked several miles exploring the area. Just step out the door and start walking. The property is built on a hillside. Being on a slope there are many steps to access the rental ( 18 from garage to entrance and dozens more to access the fire pit and lake). The steps are sure and steady, professionally installed with a rope hand hold to the lake. It was not a problem for us. Be aware that Hot Springs Village seems to have no ordinances concerning leaf blowers, at least not enforced. We know it is Fall. Many want all leaves off their property. We get that. The cacophony was a destroyer of peace and quiet several times, for long periods, throughout the day. At times multiple blowers were going. One even started before sunrise. Not the host’s fault, of course. It gave us pause about buying a property in HSV though. There is a property manager in the upstairs unit. We were aware they were there but for the most part they were quiet. We thought there would be a bit more sound insulation separation. This is a well designed rental with thoughtful touches (fresh cookies on the writing desk when we arrived!), excellent decor, peaceful and restful. Communication with the host is excellent.

Nice lake view. Excellent grill on deck. Very clean and well equiped. Has one toilet, but that wasn't a problem. Having property tenant in upstairs unit is not something we typically prefer, but he/they were pretty quiet.

We found out AFTER making and paying reservations that the son of the owners would be staying on the property also in upstairs space. I feel this needs to be disclosed up front, not everyone is comfortable with this.
