Room was small, but big enough. The bathroom is small and you can’t stand at the sink without touching the toilet. But overall the hotel is nice.

Very close walking distance to bathhouse row and shops and dining ! Safe nice hotel and excellent customer service very friendly professional staff at this hotel! Dog friendly too we brought our pup and she had a good time too lol.

You either have to pay $20 per day for valet parking or walk a block on a semi questionable street. I passed 1 homeless person and 1 car accident during my 2 nights there. I also had to switch rooms because of cockroaches. The lady at the front desk was nice. She said they might be “water bugs”. However my second room had them too. :(

This was a great stay. The room was comfortable and clean and it’s very convenient to Bathhouse Row. We’ve stayed here several times and had a long 5 horse horse trailer this time. They helped us with where to park and unhook etc. But I really want to mention the front desk lady that checked us in. We did not get her name and I’d love to thank her!! She was talking to our little boy about crystals she had found and wanted to give him one but couldn’t find it in her purse. She told him I promise I’ll get you one. When we stepped out of our room the next morning…there was an envelope for him with not one but 3 beautiful quartz crystals. It was so sweet of her to go home and come back to bring those to him. I can’t say enough about the 2 lady’s service and help. You have two great employees for sure!!

I liked the location of the property and very walkable to downtown. What I didn’t like was the bed was the most uncomfortable that I’ve ever slept on, with tiny little pillows that gave me neck cricks for the 2 nights I was there. Also the bathroom sink is so tiny when you wash up everything goes on the floor. One last thing the place had a fire and there were 3 blowers on my floor that we almost tripped over every time we would come and go. Hate to be so negative because we love Hot Springs but I would not book there ever again.

Beds are comfortable. The room and bathroom were dirty. There were bugs in the bedroom, the shower head sprayed water all over the bathroom, the towels were filthy, sheets had someone’s hair on them, shower had hair in it.

The hotel is undergoing renovations, which it needs. There were large fabs in common areas. However, we could not hear them in our room. Staff was super friendly. Check in was easy. Nice complimentary breakfast. The room was clean. Towels were changed and trash emptied but the beds were not made. The hotel was convenient and walkable to everything we wanted to do AND some good restaurants. This was the second property we booked in Hit Springs. The first was so bad we immediately repacked our car and left. I was pleasantly surprised with Hotel Hot Springs. I would stay here again.
