Our retirement home is spacious accommodating up to 6 adults. Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a 2 car garage located on the Coronado Golf Course between Lakes Coronado and Balboa. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked for entertaining in the dining room or home cooked meals around the kitchen counter height table. The covered and extended patios are furnished with table, chairs, fans, electric grill--just perfect for relaxing and watching the golfers play. The living area includes electric reclining furniture, 50" smart TV with surround sound, CD/DVD/Blue-ray disc player, with wireless WiFi for streaming movies.

Absolutely Perfect!
We couldn't have enjoyed our stay at this home any more. It was absolutely perfect. Welcoming, clean, comfortable and felt like home. The location is a great home base for exploring all that the Hot Springs Area has to offer. Would 100% stay here again and definitely hope to some day! Hot Springs Fun
Another awesome stay (we're return guests)! Beautiful property and great owners! We played 2 of the golf courses in the village, but also enjoyed Oaklawn Park and some local restaurants. If you've never been to Hot Springs do yourself a favor and make plans to go. A great town and everything out in Hot Springs Village is top notch! We had a great experience!…. The only thing was my family is not into all of the movie options available… We wanted to watch sports events, ESPN, and that was not available….so we used “our iPads”…to watch the sporting events that were not available on your services..

Lovely home and location
We had our daughter’s family (with 3 adult sons) stay here, as we live a few miles away from this property, in Hot Springs Village. They spent a long weekend and really loved this house! We hope to rent it again in the future. Very pleased and we had good communication with host.

Another Lovely Stay
We have rented this property several times. It is always clean, nicely decorated, and sits on a quiet street overlooking Coronado golf course. The owners communicate everything you need to know perfectly and are accessible. Highly recommend!

Immaculate property with gorgeous back porch views
We had the best time at this house! Prior to arrival, our hosts gave the gate attendants our name, so the Hot Springs Village gate process was a breeze. And we got to choose our unlock code for the front door, which was set by the time we got there, and easy to use. I can’t say enough about the house itself, it was absolutely perfect. First off it’s an incredibly clean house, it is SPOTLESS. The decor and furniture make you feel right at home and the kitchen is very well equipped. I made several dishes for our family during our stay and had everything we needed and more. The appliances are fabulous. We made coffee each morning and sat on the back porch watching the birds at the feeders and the morning golfers. It was so peaceful! The bathrooms were well equipped with luxury towels, and the water pressure had my husband asking if we could move in. Beds were all comfy with high end bedding, and the bed options of King, Queen, and 2 twins are great! Hot Springs Village has fabulous golf courses, and Balboa Lake beach with marina and facilities nearby. We will definitely be back! Thank you to our wonderful hosts!

Relaxation in a beautiful setting.
The homeowners are the most gracious people. They sincerely wanted everything to be perfect for us, and it was. The home is beautifully decorated, yet feels homey. If you cook, you will love the kitchen. Beautiful golf course view in a quiet neighborhood. We would go there again in a heartbeat!

Our stay was excellent. This is the first time we had ever felt at home, not being at home. The house and surroundings was beautiful and immaculate. Everything we needed was there. Our host was the best, he kept us informed about everything from beginning to end. Including travel, places to eat, places to shop and things to do!

I was a pleasant month . The house was very comfortable.
We were very comfortable at the house. The only minus was for me . I was attacked by chiggers during the first week. Have not experienced that since I was a teenager at summer camp. I think They were on the patio in the lounge chairs where I spent slot of time reading. The weather was very hot and muggy and I think that had a lot to do with it. Other than that, we were very comfortable in the house.
