I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The hospitality was excellent — all the staff were extremely helpful, kind, and attentive from start to finish. The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and I felt completely safe throughout my stay. Definitely an excellent place to stay. I highly recommend it and would gladly return!

Everything was good, especially for this price.
It was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even the top manager himself is usually there and takes care of stuff. It is located next to a street, but it is not too noisy (manageable for me). The microwave oven was quite useful for me. You have access to many supermarkets close by (the best one is SAS), but there are not many restaurants close by. Not too far from the city and it is not to expensive to use taxi.

Great View and Great Value
Very nice hotel with friendly staff, good location. Excellent breakfasts with nice changing daily variety. Enjoyed the wonderful views of Ararat. Overall a pleasure.

Orbeli made my week in Yerevan truly special. We got together with a team of colleagues/friends and most of our time together was spent in my hotel room. Staff were incredibly attentive and caring. I was given extra tableware and utensils, and the cleaning service took extra care to match my schedule. Their breakfast is lovely (I miss the crepes already!) and front desk super responsive and helpful. Everyone speaks English too. I can't recommend Orbeli enough. PS Anushik is an amazing person who treated me and my kid like family during my stay. She took great care of us and our living space, and I was really moved by her professionalism, integrity and humanity.

Hat soweit alles gefallen. Die Auswahl an Gerichten beim Frühstück könnte vielfältiger und mit nem nationalen Touch sein. Aber sonst ist das Hotel zu empfehlen.
