Value for money

The room was very spacious - plenty of space to move around. The bathroom needs renovation - bathtub was really dirty; no rails to hang towel/clothes, no shower curtain. Staff was very helpful. The bar that is attached to the hotel is a fun place with live band on Fridays. The hotel is located in an bustling part of Ubud that allows for easy access to restaurants, bars and spas.

One of the cups in the room for coffee had been used and put back. There was no coffee or tea with the cups. The washroom had a small ledge all the way around covered in dust and dirt. The shower head leaked because it was put together without a seal. The garden in the hotel felt like it wasn’t looked after but it certainly was nice. I liked the restaurant as well except for the person bashing something on the table in the kitchen. I would stay here again because it’s a great location. Close to karaoke, food and the art museum.

Dirty, shower hardly usable - dirty tub and hand-held shower head. Door to outside had LARGE spaces, lizards and bugs came in. Bed uncomfortable, hard. Musty odor to room. Tv didn’t work.

気分が悪くなる対応でした

デラックスルームは酷く古い。バスタブも汚くとても溜めて入れる状態じゃなかった。部屋は広いけどタオルもシミだらけだしほつれだらけ。 新しい塔に変えてもらったらそちらはタオルも綺麗で快適。 プラスして朝食付きにしたのに無いと言われて、併設のレストランでお金払って食べてくれと言われた。 ホテルズドットコムに連絡しようにもわからず諦めた。 すごく気分が悪くなりました。 写メは変えてもらった部屋のものです。最初の部屋は写メも撮りたくなかったです。 スタッフの1人はすごく陰険な感じでした。

Parhaat päivänsä nähnyt hotelli. Ylläpito kuitenkin asiallista ja henkilökunnan ystävällisyys mainiota. Budjettimatkailijalle, jota ei pari roikkuvaa pistorasiaa haittaa saati sitten tv joka on näyttänyt kaikki ohjelmansa jo 90 luvulla. Puutarha on hieno.

Bed bugs

Mit første værelse var ikke 100% rent, det var dog til at holde ud, hvis man havde klipklapper på når man gik derinde. Værelset havde en fugt agtig lugt, hvilket er hyppigt når man rejser hernede ad. Den var dog igennemtrængende og en smule generende. Efter 2 nætter på det værelse, vågner jeg op og er totalt angrebet af bed bugs! Så klamt, men på den anden side komme det heller ikke bag på mig… jeg henvendte mig til personalet, som prøvede at overbevise mig om, at det er mygstik. Jeg er allergisk over for myg og kan derfor på det kraftigste afvise dette. Også måden bidende sidder på, der var ingen tvivl det var bed bugs! Jeg får et ny værelse, i lidt bedre stand. Det lugter ikke, der er dog en del hår i badet og myrer, så man kan ikke have mad og drikke på bordet, da det er invaderet af myrer 2 sek efter.. (1 dag efter jeg havde fået det nye værelse, der kunne jeg se. At de allerede havde lejet bed bug værelset ud, der er ikke handler på bed bugs situationen, andet end der er skiftet sengetøj… ikke godt nok!)
