Loved staying at this brand new accommodation. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Tiffany at the front desk. The rooms are luxurious and clean with amazing views of Houston. The workout area in an entire floor and rivals the best gym I've been to. And, there are gorgeous places to sit and relax or work on the outdoor decks or the many lounge areas inside. Don't hesitate to stay here.
The property is clean, new, and in a great location within the museum district. The amenities are as described. What needs improvement is the shower area- there is no place to put your toiletries, except the shower floor. The other negative is that there was a pool/ salsa party going from 3-9, so the noise level was insane. I had a migraine and trying to nap was impossible. Had I known at check-in, I would have requested a higher floor. Also, the process for late check out is silly. You should be able to request the night before, not the morning of. It defeats the purpose. Other than a couple of minor inconveniences, a nice stay.
A new hotel. Opened in April 2026. Very clean and friendly staff. Although the pool are always amazingly beautiful, the pool as too cold and the hot tub was too hot. Everything else was amazing.
Brand new facility. Elite status property. My room was pristine and comfortable. Right in the heart of the museum district. Highly recommend.

New property was only open a month when I stayed. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Great location in a nice quiet walkable neighborhood. Room was clean but a little more attention to detail would be great. I sanitize wherever I stay so I probably notice little things while doing so. Parking was a breeze. Will be booking there again in a couple months and will for sure check out the amenities pool/fitness center next time around.

The place is new and beautiful and very modern, the staff was great amd extremly helpful, get with David at the front desk, he was a amazing front host and helped me with any issue i had quick. I will be back.
Property has only been open three weeks. The exercise and pool area with a bar was only what you would find in a grand resort with windows all around looking over the city of Houston. For now parking was free. The room was an efficiency apartment fully equipped even including a washer and dryer. It is very close to the medical center including MD Anderson. We will definitely stay here again. We highly recommend Lucille’s restaurant right across from the parking lot entrance as well as Granger’s restaurant about one block over. Both restaurants have become our favorites when we come to Houston.
Room was ok. But property was not convenient. I wouldn’t book this property again. Noisy hallways, hard time reaching front desk and they wouldn’t accommodate so many simple requests. Not worth the money!

This was a beautiful apartment complex , quiet and clean. The only disappointing part was that I stayed here on the weekend. I specifically stayed here for the pool and I was told at check in the pool was closed for the weekend. This was not posted or made aware of before or after booking. I had to purchase a day pass at another location. Could not connect to the wI-fi and my TV did not work properly so I couldn’t even watch tv either. If you book here I would call before your stay to make sure there will be full access for everything stated in purchasing price. I did not get any type of refund

It will be a stunning hotel.. eventually. It is still basically a construction site. Construction workers all over the place & construction dust everywhere. We got stuck in the elevator because they turned the electric off.. when we said something to the
front desk, they said "oh, yeah the construction guys had to turn off the power for a little bit". If you're booking 6-8 months since this post, then I'm sure your stay will be beautiful. If it's before that, I would bring a hard hat.

This property was clean and new. However there were only 2 towels in each guest room and no towels at the pool because they are a “residence”. However for my husband and I, our only 2 shower towels had to be taken to the pool and were wet for later use, this was a problem. Also there was a “scheduled” power outage in Houston from 7-9am that we were not
Told about until AFTER we checked in. The outage lasted more like 3 hours during which time guest rooms had NO power (no generator) and there was NO hot water. Didn’t see anyone else in Houston down so not sure how accurate this was.
Our biggest issues were communication and there was a power shut off plan that we did not know about which affected us on a Saturday morning while we were trying to get ready to go out for the day. Also their internet went out for majority of a day. We had asked for towels and it took half a day or more to get it. Communication at times is very good but other times their app there was not good communication. It is a beautiful hotel and residence. Amenities appear to be superb. Staff does try. They did communicate via texting very well. I express my concerns about our stay and what was frustrating they said they were understanding but if we would have known that there was a power outage planned we would not have stayed there
