You can tell from the moment you walk on that it's not kept up well. Hallways with visible debris, elevator floor with debris, pool area floor with visible dirt and hair chunks - non working jets in hot tub. First room we checked into, checked mattress - mattress pack had multiple stains and loose little pebbles/rocks on top, under sheets. Changed rooms - bedding was good - but floors were sticky. Overall, wouldn't recommend.

The bathtub was clogged. The water backed up while taking the shower, and it was so gross. The hair conditioner pump was broken and it never got fixed. The clock was not working. Couldn’t tell the time, so I had to check my phone. They don’t make up the room until the third night, but they don’t tell you that upon arrival. The staff was all very friendly though.
