The water level in the pool is close to my knees. The front said they were filling the pool, although I didn't see any water flowing into it. This level is dangerous. 交通方便，房屋寬大舒適，乾淨，冷氣充足，光彩度非常好，酒店有洗衣設備亦方便，下次會繼續選擇入住。

我已多次住過Relax Hotel系列（包括Relax Hotel I)，但整體分數每況愈下 優勢： - 位置近台北車站 - 附近餐廳選擇多 進步空間： - 設施陳舊：浴室新維修，花灑是半壞的，去水速度仍是十分緩慢（例：洗澡後約八成積水需要近2-3小時才退去） - WiFi：由於本次住宿位置在尾房，而路由器位置不在中間位置，房間內根本無法接收到WiFi訊號 - 員工：當我向員工反應問題的時候，他們的態度是和藹的，但從不主動解決問題，只將問題推回給顧客（例：員工只說浴室去水速度慢但沒有溢出浴室，有空房的情況下也不太同意換房） - 私隱度：窗簾私人度較低

這間飯店的隔音超級差！是櫃檯講話房間都聽得到的，連我很好入眠的人都很難入睡！地點在有點像廢墟的隔壁，櫃檯態度也不好，這是我第一次給差評！ 我只能說 雖然很便宜，但隔音和清潔度真的很差。 因為很多背包客所以整夜都很多人在走廊拖行李走路，我不確定隔間是不是木板，因為真的沒隔音可言。

房間乾淨，地點方便。人員對於各設施與服務的說明完善。附近食物選擇多元方便。
