簡單、便宜、在大馬路邊。附近有早餐店及三家便利商店，對面有超市，火車站也不遠，周遭環境機能不錯。

平價普通的旅店
以大年初五來說是非常便宜的一間旅店。
距離雲山水夢幻湖也很近。
缺點就是隔音真的超級差。
雖然店家也有告知各位住客10點後保持安靜。
但晚上還是被吵到沒睡好。
清潔度的部分，浴室的吹風機電線上卡了一堆灰塵，觀感不佳、需要改進。
