Needed a place to stop for the night that was pet friendly and clean. I'm 55 and asthmatic with a service dog and while the place was very dated, there is no pool and no breakfast, its absolutely clean, like spotless. The beds were terribly dated but for all, were comfortable. I would stay again. Service was just fine. This is a small and quiet location with modest amenities. We enjoyed our stay. Room had a small refrigerator and working tv. It’s very cozy!!! There was a friendly cat that roamed the parking lot. We recommend this place if you need basic accommodations…it is not the Ritz, keep in mind. Hubbard is a very small town and this is the only hotel.
