Kitchen is fully equipped, including upgraded stainless appliances, duel fuel range and granite countertops w/extended breakfast bar w/stools. 2 pantries, one with beverage fridge. Kitchen opens up to dining room and great room w/large, flatscreen TV w/Comcast Cable. Loft offers pull-out sofa (full) Oversized master suite with king bed, sitting area (with broad mountain view!) and bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower stall. 2 bedrooms located on the roadside of the home, each with queen bed. Full hall bathroom (shower) located between the bedrooms. \*Lower level is not available for use. Walkway to dock extends from the lakeside deck. Party deck, covered boat slip with hoist, floating dock for boat tie-up & lockable dock house available for use. Circular, paved driveway w/inlet for boat trailer storage. Gas grill, central A/C, fenced-in roadside. No Smoking/No Vaping. Pets Considered. It has paved roads and central water system. Ideal for walkers and joggers. Lake location is supreme being near the mountain and the dam at the deepest, cleanest part of the lake.
