Christina was so informative about the property and was so attentive, the regular bartender was not available to make the San Miguelito drink and she stepped up and made it from what she could remember, we were impressed and would highly recommend the hotel.

Nothing to complain about

This property hands down was the best place we stayed during our trip to Mexico. The staff was amazing. They were all so very helpful and accomodating. The room was very clean and well appointed. The attached restaurant was so nice with delicious food. We loved our stay and would definitely plan to stay here again!

The staff was so helpful with everything especially plans and reservations. Always very clean! Breakfast was incredible!

The hotel is very good, the staff is amazing!! All of them!! The people in the front desk, the ladies that keep the rooms clean, the guards at the garage etc etc. all of them. The point is the noise! The hotel has a nice roof top that has a party almost every night until midnight. Forget about sleeping. In addition is located in a traditional traditional area where they have parties and fire works for everything. Every rocket is like a bomb next to your room .
