Friendly efficient Staff, Clean faciities and room.

This hotel has a great location with excellent transportation option right out the front door. Less than 5 minutes to the airport and about 20 minutes to downtown. Also walkable to nice restaurants. Very professional front desk staff. Housekeeping was not exactly top notch. They did not replenish product that we were clearly out of and one day they left our dirty towels on the floor and did not give us clean ones. Also quality of towels is poor : thin and stiff.

This was truly such a beautiful property! So happy to have had the opportunity to experience Baden-Baden during the music festival!

Lovely quiet hotel with excellent facilities and friendly staff. Our room was very comfortable, spacious and clean and the staff were very friendly and happy to help.

The Le Parc Hotel Obernai is the best and most unique hotel that I have stayed in Europe. It is set in Obernai which is a charming city with history and small restaurants and shops. The hotel staff was wonderful and the design of the hotel was a perfect mixture of modern and classic. Our room was new and very roomy with a little outside area and a very comfortable bed. The restaurant had wonderful food and service. The spa, is very unique and cool. Multiple floors of different kinds of rooms and treatments and a little maze of pools in the bottom floor with a surprise in each little nook. The treatments were wonderful and reasonable. Can’t complaint about anything. It was a wonderful experience and if we are in the area I would stay there in a second.
