"Hotel staff are helpful and hospitable. There is laundry facilities, swimming pool and gym. The hotel located beside a shopping mall and restaurants. There are lot of medical facilities and hospital in the area. About 15- mins walk to the closet light rail, not an easy walk though as there are a lot of people, electric bikes and hawkers on the way. Breakfast choice is good and delicious. It would be more enjoyable if the breakfast staff removed the plates with leftover more quickly once the patrons finished the meal and left. It is unappetizing to eat beside dirty dishes."

"Unreal hotel, we paid for airport pick up and they were on time and car was nice. They did shuttles to the west gate of national park which was super helpful as nonscheduled just as and when you ask We had breakfast and lunch in hotel it was lovely Heated infinity pool which was unreal Room was beautiful it was like log cabin but so so spacious They had activities on too, we spent an hour with a tea master having tea & did the shortbread biscuit making just to have a little rest and it just felt so special. Really recommend here, 10/15 min shuttle to west gate too and they help sort tickets when you’re there! Compliments to rain and his staff! 10/10 would stay here again!!"

"The lady at the front desk is an absolute treasure: she upgraded our room to a gorgeous duplex with a view of Tienmen mountain and helped book our tickets to 72 Towers - plus took us to a restaurant nearby with excellent food. She was lovely and super helpful and made our stay wonderful. As for the rest: the property is beautiful and super clean. Our room was super spacious and the beds so great to sleep in. Highly recommend staying here"

"We had incredible service at the hotel. The hotel is 5 minutes away from the middle gate of the national park. The gate is quiet and we experienced no ques when trying to get in the park meaning you could get in very quickly to the elevator. The staff at the hotel Chelsey and Robert provided excellent service booking our tickets easily, providing an excellent explanation of the park and areas to visit as well as ordering dinner for when we return and providing shuttles when we needed it to and from the park. The hotel also offers free self service laundry which was really easy to use. We would stay here again."

"The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming! Tiffany was especially helpful with booking trips and giving us valuable recommendations for parks and activities to enjoy. The hotel also offers airport transfers at a reasonable fee, which was very convenient. I wouldn’t describe this as a traditional 5-star hotel, but it has something even more special—a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The staff is incredibly helpful, the location is beautiful, and overall, we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!"

"Loved everything about this property. Spacious & clean room. Big & modern bathroom. Great selection of food at the breakfast buffet & delicious. Self-serve laundry was handy. The staff was friendly & efficient. Excellent location, 15 minutes walk to the East Gate of the Zhangjiajie National Park."
