We are a family of 5 so stayed in the party suite as would otherwise need 2 rooms. It was absolutely superb. So spacious with loads of amenities. Best hotel room we’ve ever had. Staff lovely and location perfect. Fabulous stay

The place was excellent! In a great location for walks to Malham Cove. The place was spotless and the food was great. The spa was also great after a day walking. We will definitely be returning!

An enjoyable one night stay at a hotel where the positive features far outweigh any minor niggles. Attentive and pleasant staff, excellent food, well presented and served in a timely manner. Rooms just bordering on the need for some love and attention, although White Stuff toiletries do a good job in diverting attention from the nasty stain on one of the seats.
Decent enough spa facilities, although it would be helpful if the price to swim were included in the booking price.

The property is a little dated, the curtain and carpet was rugged over in the main house. The mattress was hard and didn't feel like a 4 star property.
The steak was also not great for the price.
The stay is a premium rate and good for a one off, but wouldn't rush back unless there is some renovation.

Grand location, right on the cliffs overlooking the beach and beachfront attractions. The Grand Hotel is Victorian era grandeur with charm but has seen better days. We found a bargain with some trade offs that were worth it for us.
