Es hat fürchterlich nach Hund gerochen.
Die Butter war ungenießbar, da scheinbar eingefroren.
Die Brötchen, Aufbackware von nicht sonderlich guter Qualität.
Am ersten Morgen war die Kaffeemaschine defekt."

"The hotel was lovely. The rooms were spacious. Breakfast was delicious. The scrambled eggs weren’t fresh so rubbery. The rest was great. The breakfast room wasn’t very accessible if you were disabled. There were only 2 tables that were accessible so if someone already sat there you had to wait is my only criticism "
"Great overnight stay - lovely hotel, friendly, clean, good facilities including a super pool.
Only issue is that we booked a half board package through hotels.com. Our evening meal was booked at a restaurant a 20 minute walk away. This turned out to be an uphill walk through vineyards to a fort at the top of the town. Our meal was in the cafe - wooden tables, plastic chairs, no atmosphere and only one other couple who were about to leave. Apparently there was a restaurant downstairs but that was laid up for an event the following day. So we returned to the hotel and requested to be seated in their restaurant which duly happened and we had a very enjoyable meal."
"Your apartment was immaculately clean, well-stocked, very comfortable and handicap accessible (elevators) for my mother-in-law to enjoy her return trip home to Germany! The owner kindly came by to restock and take out the trash - very considerate and helpful!! We will absolutely stay here again when we return next year!"

Late checkin experience could have been better and needs some attention. The code for obtaining the key from the key box could have been shared upfront. In its absence, I had to make a local call but I had to borrow a phone from someone locally since I couldn’t make it from my phone that’s from other country."
