You'll have the entire cabin to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Cottage style cabin, pet friendly, on 4 wooded acres. Sleeps 6-12 people.

Located in Huntingdon County, nestled in the woods, this lovely home provides a warm and welcoming escape for your upcoming vacation. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the region, you'll be just a 20-minute drive from the stunning Raystown Lake and a 20-minute drive from the vibrant Juniata College campus. 10 minutes to 1,000 steps, downtown Huntingdon.

As a guest, you'll enjoy the cabin's wealth of amenities, including (dial-up WIFI), a washing machine and dryer, a cozy electric fireplace, and 4 smart TVs for your entertainment. The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, microwave, lobster pot, dishwasher, and a host of other appliances and utensils. Gather around the large dining table or step outside to the porch and fire pit for al fresco dining and relaxation.

When it's time to unwind, you can curl up with a good book from the cabin's library, challenge your family to a game night, or simply bask in the tranquility of the great outdoors. With air conditioning, linens, and essential toiletries provided, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable and carefree stay.

Cabin sleeps 6 but, we do offer accommodations for additional guests up to 12. Ask the owner for more details about the Bunkhouse. We do not rent out the Bunkhouse except to persons renting the cabin. No other guests will be on the property during your stay. Just you and your group will be there. Best part, a minimal fee to use the additional space to sleep 6 and an extra bathroom too! The cost is 50.00 per night.

Relaxing Getaway

The cabin was cozy. It is in a nice and quiet area which made it relaxing. The rooms are comfortable and we had family stay in the bunkhouse which was nice as well. Good size property and plenty of things to do near by. We had a wonderful time here and would definitely stay again.

Great weekend getaway

This was one of the nicest properties I’ve stayed at in Raystown. The cabin itself was very clean and had lots of essentials provided; towels, shampoo, kitchen supplies, lots of fire wood, and plenty of seating. Check in process was fairly simple and we were very happy to be able to get an early check in as well. Melissa was great to communicate with and responded in a very timely manner. Will love to be back in the future!

Quiet place to stay!

This cottage is in a very peaceful location, no traffic noise. We had breakfast on the screen- in porch while listening to many birds singing in the woods. It is very clean and has a great kitchen. We would go back again.

Another Amazing Vacation Stay

Beautiful little cabin in the woods.

Cabin is beautiful. If you love wildlife you’ll love this cabin. We stayed for a week and we had deer visit us in the front yard in the evenings and we had seen a couple bear in the pipe line. Outdoor sitting area was gorgeous and a pleasure to relax by a campfire. My family and I will return next year.

Exceptional property. Exactly as described. Could not have picked a better place. The manager provided us with so many things. From spices,plenty of ice, coffee,sugar and SO much more. This cottage was everything I wanted and more. The cottage was extremely clean, quiet and the owners had supplied extras just in case you forgot something. The outside was also wonderful from the patio to the firepit. Relaxing by a fire at night was a great way to end the day. I would recommend this cabin to all. The owners returned all my messages immediately and answered all my questions. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Peaceful Paradise!

My husband, two large dogs, and I LOVED this property! Quiet location. Loved the outdoor space and fire ring! Loved the indoor space just as much! Everything is new ! Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Loved having a washer and dryer available to use. The owners are super easy to work with and we appreciate being able to bring our two "fur kids" with us to enjoy our weekend getaway. We can't wait to go back !!!

Retreat in the Woods

I can not say enough how nice this property is. Melissa is very prompt in communicating. The cabin was very clean. The cabin was cutely decorated. There are so many things provided and also notes explaining procedures that it really made me feel like she thought of everything to make people happy and comfortable! The outside and deck area are impressive and had plenty of seating. The cabin is in a great location for a multitude of outdoor activities and also not far from stores and restaurants. We had a wonderful few days and wished we could have stayed longer!
