"Relaxing, quiet and clean neighborhood. Love the retro decor. Kitchen is well equipped for those that might want to cook. A few branches were down in backyard, furniture wasn't set out yet such as outdoor dining table and chairs or gazebo, but overall property was in good condition. Thank you for a relaxing place to stay."

Everything was so easily comfortable, all is exactly as posted, the location on the water is incredibly peaceful, the hot tub is a huge plus, and our stay was completely enjoyable. The owner was extremely responsive throughout the booking and even easily helped us extend our stay by a day (how much we liked it!). Highly recommend!"

"Our five day stay was excellent. Description and pictures of the property are accurate and appropriately inviting. Location is very convenient to Geneva and the other fine Fox River towns. Hosts were gracious, responsive and helpful. Bikes in the garage were nice and the screened in porch and backyard sitting area very inviting. We hope to be back next time in town visiting extended family."

"The house was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The downstairs area was the perfect size for me and my husband. We enjoyed the multiple options for sitting and watching the river (enclosed back porch, or back yard). Good birding, too. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed walking across the nearby bridge to the greenway trail on the other side of the river. We hope to stay again next time we visit the area!"

We really enjoyed the property and used the fire pit the first evening we were there, watching the boats pass by. Highly recommend!"

Plus, the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Our family was very happy with our stay."

The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The house was exceptionally clean! All bedding and linens were made available and were also very clean. The backyard was also very nice for family time. This was a superb property, and I would highly recommend it."

"It was a perfect location and plenty of space for family of 8 plus visiting friends. Mike was a great host and we got to enjoy some firewood he had set up for us to have a fire. Highly recommend! The description says 4 bathrooms and there are 3 bathrooms…the only discrepancy."
