Experience the ultimate vacation getaway at our charming home! Perfect for families or large groups, this spacious property can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably.

Step inside and you'll find a well-equipped kitchen complete with a convenient Keurig coffee maker. The main living area boasts a pool table, ping pong table, and even a cornhole/bean bag toss game for hours of entertainment. Plus, our private swimming pool offers the perfect place to cool off and relax under the warm summer sun. The best part? Our pool is saltwater, providing a more natural and gentle swimming experience than traditional chlorine pools.

With a pet-friendly policy for 1 approved pet (35 lb max weight) and amenities such as baby gates, a high chair, and pack-n-play, this home is perfect for families with little ones. Plus, don't worry about packing towels for the pool, we've got you covered.

Our pool opens Memorial Day weekend and closes October 1st each year, so make sure to book your stay during the summer season to take full advantage of all our property has to offer.

Please note, guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent, and we strictly enforce this policy. Monthly rentals must be for the same calendar month to receive the monthly rate.

Beautiful House - Highly Recommend
The Apperson House is the perfect mix of fancy and comfortable. We had a large group and it never felt like we were on top of each other. Great kitchen to cook with with your group. The pool is perfect. We were in town on some of the hottest days of the year, and pool hit the spot. Location is great with choices of grocery stores and restaurants very close. 5 Stars - Would recommend.

This home is conveniently located to everything you need but felt private because of the large lawn and trees surrounding the house. The pool was a hit with my family. The pool towels were very appreciated. We would stay here again.

In Town for Wedding
In town for wedding and needed a house for the entire family. Quality and a big house with a pool. Sat by the pool all afternoon and enjoyed the grill. Close to the grocery store for added convenience. Great stay!

Great property for a relaxing family gathering. It is also in a convenient location to do just about anything the area has to offer. We spent most of our time in the pool but could have used a tv in some of the bedrooms on days it rained especially with such a large group but we would definitely stay again!
