Staff was friendly and capable. Breakfast was standard, but good choices. Elevator had moments of hesitation. Room was clean and un good repair. Linens were also clean. Overall a very pleasant experience. Big thank you to thier staff.

Loved that it had TCM on the TV. But, I've stayed at 6 Hampton Inns in the past 5 weeks, and all had free water bottles at the front desk, and early evening cookies. Just a simple thing, but make you remember them. I asked that girl at the desk and she said no cookies and the water was for gold and diamond members only. First time I've heard that!
